Yes! We welcome client pickups at our location, which is a great way to save on delivery fees.

• Scheduling: Standard pickups are scheduled the day before your event, and returns are due the day after your event (unless specific alternate times are arranged during booking).

• Transport Requirements: To keep our handcrafted inventory safe, please bring an enclosed vehicle with plenty of space, as well as moving blankets or straps to secure the items during transit.

• What are replacement fees? Each item in our inventory has a designated replacment value listed on its product page and in your rental agreement.

• When do they apply? Replacement fees apply only if an item is missing, stolen, broken beyond repair, or severely damaged outside of normal wear and tear.

• Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery rate includes ground-floor drop-off or venues with direct elevator access.

• Stairs & Multi-Level Venues: Because extra steps require additional labor and handling time, deliveries involving more than 5 steps without elevator access are subject to an additional stair fee of $100 USD. Please let us know your venue layout when requesting your quote so we can prepare accordingly.

• Pickup: Pickup arrangements will be scheduled based on your venue’s teardown requirements.

To keep our handcrafted pieces looking beautiful for every client, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:

• Display Risers & Crates: Food-safe barrier liners (such as wax paper, parchment paper, or food trays) must be used at all times between food items and wooden surfaces. Direct contact with unpackaged food or hot items is prohibited.

To protect our inventory and ensure safety at your venue, LED battery-operated candles are strictly required. Open-flame candles are not permitted in any of our candle holders or lanterns.
